We love this book and we are very thankful for the wonderful staff that helped us out in a bind with needing this book fast for a class- the only part that doesn't give it 5 stars is the shipping department although I was told by the customer service taking my order that it would be out that next day it was not and when emailing to express that i was told that it would be i received the response of "I can't control the postal services" so was a little taken aback by that after receiving such amazing and personable customer service with my over the phone order ordering.
